  The groomers are so unprofessional. The girl at the desk was genuinely choking my dog with the leash as she was yanking her in. I’ve never had someone not know how to deal with an anxious dog. The other groomer was making out with a dog and blowing in its face. Another one was blowing dog hair all over the place and the girl who did the gland expression on my dog didn’t even use gloves and was talking shit about dog owners. She asked me multiple times if I wanted her to trim my dogs nails I said no because this was an emergency thing my dog has a groomer and she was being so weird about it. Like girl you just choked my dog shut up.

  Staff looked annoyed when asked a question about products, would definitely do your own research before walking in.

  Tuve un accidente dentro de la tienda de Petco el día 24 de enero de 2026, me lesiones muy fuerte mi cabeza rebotó en el suelo, la manager Jennifer hizo el reporte, llamaron a los bomberos me enviaron al hospital ofrecieron pagar todos mis gastos, pero ahora su aseguradora Helmsman Management Service LLC, se rehúsan hacer el pago de los gastos médicos, en la tienda no cuentan con las medidas de seguridad para sus clientes, la espera entre los pasillos de la tienda y la falta de responsabilidad de la compañía en no cumplir con lo que ofrecen

  We have gone to this Petco fairly often and they're normally what you would expect, but we do have an issue with the fact that they're keeping a clearly pregnant gecko under poor care. We informed their "animal specialist" and she was very quick to disregard our concerns and honestly, do better. It's 2026 and you still keep animals under abysmal care conditions and treat them with absolute disdain. She's very clearly pregnant, housed with a male and getting MBD issues from lack of calcium.
