- RHRebecca Hernandez4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. The conditions these small animals are kept in are shocking and completely unacceptable. The enclosures were filthy, filled with layers of old feces, soiled bedding, and waste piling up around the hideouts and water bottles. The smell alone was overwhelming, and it was obvious the habitats hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The animals were sitting in their own waste with no clean space to rest, and the enclosures looked neglected and unsanitary. No animal should be forced to live like this, especially in a store that claims to sell and care for pets. This is clear neglect, and it’s heartbreaking to see these animals treated this way. I truly hope management addresses this immediately, because this environment is unsafe, unhealthy, and inhumane. I spoke with the manager and he claimed the enclosures were cleaned once every 2 weeks. Then corrected himself and said twice a week. Which is clearly not the case. I will not be returning and recommend others look elsewhere unless major changes are made.

Plenty of customers come in just for her. The store truly lost a great employee. Her passion and love for the animals always showed, and I hope the store can recover from losing someone so dedicated. She really was their best employee.

I have a little baby aka my doggie in the photo and she is so happy because both of these cashiers provide top notch service and are always recommending the best food for my doggie! 🐶 my little baby is so sweet her name is lady and lady is so spoiled and happy thank you Petco team you are exceptional beautiful funny ladies that definitely deserve a five star ⭐️ if I could give a 10 I would do that! Thank you ☺️ I will always support this location and whenever I stop by for lady this team always bring a smile and so much joy to my life ♥️

When I asked the clerk where the shopping carts were, she said that they got stolen. I just refilled 4 x 30 pound pails of cat litter for a total of 120 pounds to carry out to the car because there’s no shopping carts. That’s the only reason why I go to Petco. I might have to find other options for cat litter
