- JCJessica CaseyMar 21, 20262.0I would never bring my dogs here again. I normally go to the location on Blue Diamond but they were closed and I needed an immediate appointment. The veterinarian is passive aggressive and rude. I was given misinformation previously on how often I should be bathing my dogs since the breed is prone to skin issues. I let her know that and she spoke to me in a condescending tone. I will continue to go to the Blue Diamond location they are kind and my dogs love it there and they love my dogs.
- NNNytxJan 29, 20262.0I had a nice male vet when I went originally but staff seem to change often. I wasn’t fond of the new vet there, she was too vague and not helpful with treatment. The vet tech was even worse, she was so nasty and rude but to her own dog she had there she was nice. They “lost” my expensive harness I had just gotten for my dog, I had to carry him out so he wouldn’t run away. They didn’t help with located it, just gave me the “oh well” I’m pretty sure they either stole it or gave it to someone else. I stopped going here because of how unorganized it was.

I CALLED TO GET RESULTS OF XRAYS AND I WAS TOLD THE XRAYS SHOWED NO FINDINGS, I WAS TOTALLY CONFUSED, WHEN AT THE APPOINTMENT THEY GAVE ME A CC OF THE XRAYS AND EXPLAINED TO ME EVEN ABOUT SURGERY. BECAUSE ME PUPPY WOULD YELP RANDOMLY AND LIFT HIRIGHT REAR LEG. THEY CLOSED FOR LIKE 4 DAYS IN A ROW. DO I WAS GONNA HAVE TO WAIT 4 DAYS TO ASK ABOUT THE XRAYS. IM TAKING HIM TO ANOTHER VET.
