  Didn’t have what I wanted. Bought before in store. No soft chewables for cat! Only things in a tube.

  You need a new receptionist. I almost felt as though she was mad at me for being late, no smile, no empathy, just a blank stare while I figured out what to do with my sick cat. Being late is definitely a me problem, life happens, my cat got sick at the worst possible time in my life, and depending on what is wrong with him, I’ll most likely have to sell my trailer and move in with friends to help him (he means that much to me), so it would have been nice if she would have exercised a bit of compassion. I’m starting to feel as though the economy isn’t the only reason tourism is down in this city.

  I came to the pet clinic for my Granddog and decided to buy her a bed they had a sale the bed I picked said EXACTLY what the bed said. I had a worker help me and she confirmed then the Manger David rudely came over insinuated that the bed was moved to fit the price and the tag is only saying that a bed on the wall was set price, I asked how are your customers supposed to that in this store that the tags that match the sign and was helped by a worker doesn't mean anything. David again rudely said ill show you in the front of the store or not. Ill never come back to that store off Rainbow In Las Vegas 😒

  MY DOG DIED! I went to Petco at Centennial Center in Las Vegas on Saturday 11/01/25 for the first time grooming to my 2.5 years old French bulldog, every professional in this area knows that French Bulldogs have trouble breathing, I usually took him to another place (which I should never have changed) and chose to take him to Petco because I thought that if something happened, they would know what to do immediately. However, they were very busy with many dogs, and when I check in, they never asked me anything about his breathing. They only asked for his vaccination record. I told them to please keep an eye on him and let me know immediately if his tongue started turning purple. They never checked him. Forty minutes later, they called me to come pick him up because they hadn't been able to bathe him since his tongue was purple and he had diarrhea. When they have diarrhea, it means they've been in a respiratory crisis for a long time and had already had a heart attack. They only realized this when it was time for his bath. They never checked him, they didn't even give him emergency care, in a place where everyone is supposed to be professional. Minutes after I went to pick him up, my beloved Frenchie died at the hospital.
