They were extremely professional, inspiring confidence, but also very personable and compassionate. All the testing recommended was completed expeditiously and they were completely transparent about the cost of each thing. They kept me informed about exactly what was being done and how things were going, and most importantly, we all talked over a way forward in the wake of a diagnosis that was not definitive. I was given choices, and not pressured when my choice differed from theirs. They called me immediately the next morning to check on my pet, which I really appreciated. We did not have a regular Vet for our pet yet, having just moved here recently, and having a few experiences that were less than stellar at other places. But we feel very blessed to have encountered this team. We highly recommend them, and look forward to having them as our regular Vet team.
