They were and are continuing to be fantastic. Our cat had a large amount of bladder stones and after coming from an emergency room that wanted $8k to do the surgery, we got out of there and had it done for $2.5k here. He’s doing a lot better and we get support for his health via texts if we need it.

Past experiences have been ok but I’m changing vets after today. Had an appointment for a vaccine and was late 10 minutes. They wouldn’t see me, said the grace period was 5 minutes and I could reschedule. That was fine, I was late so I rescheduled. Came back and made sure I was early. They took me back and I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. When they came in they asked if there was anything else about my dog. I said she was fine but maybe the vet could look at her ear too while there. Without even looking at her ear, she said I needed schedule an ear appointment for another day and she wouldn’t do the vaccine until they screened for an ear infection. I said it was really mild and might be nothing and only mentioned it because they asked if there was anything else. Anyway, they didn’t even take a quick glance at her ear or take her temp to see if it was warranted for ear infection testing, just insisted on more appointments and testing. Such a waste of time. My old school vet in my prior city would have just handled it, not keep sending me away to reschedule and holding a vaccine hostage over spending money on tests without even bothering to look at my dog first. Going to spend a little more money and find a traditional vet in Vegas to avoid this corporate run around.

I unfortunately had to put my boy down recently.. 10 wonderful years. I am so glad to have run into one of the best vets I’ve ever been to. Dr. James Rayburn and ALL staff have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic during this very difficult time. They all truly care about what they do, and their compassion is genuine. Such an extremely professional staff and they truly care about your fur baby. Thank you, to you all. 🐾

I booked two appointments several days in advance for my dogs to receive vaccines and routine check-ups. I completed all the required information online and had their medical records emailed over beforehand. Despite this, I received a call from a staff member asking all the same questions I had already answered in the online questionnaire. The call dragged on for about 15 unnecessary minutes — which made me leave later than planned — and none of that information seemed to have been reviewed or noted. While I was already on my way, that same staff member texted and immediately called again, saying they were “fully booked” and would need to cancel both appointments if I wasn’t there within 2 minutes — even though I had booked TWO appointments and had already done everything they asked in advance. She continued lecturing me instead of acknowledging that their process and lack of preparation wasted my time, not the other way around. The attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or accountability. It’s clear this place prioritizes volume and scheduling over actual care for pets or respect for owners’ time. I will not be returning, and I recommend others look elsewhere for veterinary care. That specific staff member is a poor excuse of a human being and no person or pet should come into contact with it.

have a 3-year-old goldendoodle and 1 year old aussiedoodle. Both had visits from state require surgeries to being clotted up from swallowing a sock :) They have always been very professional and happy folks; dogs have no problem at all at the offices except the weighting LOL They check on them the next day after all the services to make sure all is well.
