I unfortunately had to put my boy down recently.. 10 wonderful years.
I am so glad to have run into one of the best vets I’ve ever been to.
Dr. James Rayburn and ALL staff have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic during this very difficult time.
They all truly care about what they do, and their compassion is genuine. Such an extremely professional staff and they truly care about your fur baby.

I booked two appointments several days in advance for my dogs to receive vaccines and routine check-ups. I completed all the required information online and had their medical records emailed over beforehand.
Despite this, I received a call from a staff member asking all the same questions I had already answered in the online questionnaire. The call dragged on for about 15 unnecessary minutes — which made me leave later than planned — and none of that information seemed to have been reviewed or noted.
While I was already on my way, that same staff member texted and immediately called again, saying they were “fully booked” and would need to cancel both appointments if I wasn’t there within 2 minutes — even though I had booked TWO appointments and had already done everything they asked in advance.
She continued lecturing me instead of acknowledging that their process and lack of preparation wasted my time, not the other way around. The attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or accountability.
It’s clear this place prioritizes volume and scheduling over actual care for pets or respect for owners’ time. I will not be returning, and I recommend others look elsewhere for veterinary care. That specific staff member is a poor excuse of a human being and no person or pet should come into contact with it.

have a 3-year-old goldendoodle and 1 year old aussiedoodle. Both had visits from state require surgeries to being clotted up from swallowing a sock :) They have always been very professional and happy folks; dogs have no problem at all at the offices except the weighting LOL
They check on them the next day after all the services to make sure all is well.

Zero stars. I made the appointment online was called a few hours later and told that they were double booked and that I could come in later or another day. Their next available was 1 PM. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and apparently they don’t have one at that location. I also asked if they could see who had an open appointment to which the girl responded with I only have access to my hospital and the other one so I was going to have to call as many hospitals as I needed to to see what appointments were available and book it. First experience and a horrible experience because the person who called me was not understanding the inconvenience or saying that it was an issue at all.
I ended up calling the rainbow location and Shelly was more than helpful. I told her about my bad situation and she made sure that they had an appointment for my sweet little Bengal kitten. Way better experience Shelley was a lot more compassionate and she definitely seems like she is very passionate about animals.
I cannot believe that this location just had such horrible customer service and if it’s a problem with the computer and online booking, then maybe it should be fixed

I was really hoping this would be our vet. I am new to Vegas and haven’t had a dog in 2 years, so I took a chance on this. It started okay. I love the doctor and the place is clean. However, the staff does not really have it together. The services are expensive, I always drop close to $200 for each follow up visit, so I expect the staff to be friendly and on it. They always seem to run late. Even with an appointment, I always wait 15-20 minutes to start. On the last visit, the receptionist was late. Instead of greeting me or telling me to give her a minute to get settled, she ignored me until she felt ready to talk, even though we were the only two people in the reception area and were already 10 minutes past my appointment time. One of the technicians is great, but a different one helped me this last time, who seemed a little lost, like she didn’t care to look up my dog’s history, even though it was the second follow-up appointment for a particular thing. I want to go to a place where my dog is a usual girl that the staff understands and knows, so she and I can feel comfortable. That’s not the feeling I got due to the inconsistency and lack of customer service. The services are too expensive for them to offer anything less than good customer service, consistency, and accuracy.
