- TCTerrell CharSep 15, 20251.0I did NOT get a friendly vibe as I walked in to the time I picked up. This is our 1st and last time there. I believe it was a speedy grooming which took about 1 hour. Picked her up and she looked fine until I brought her home and really looked at her. She had a lot of looong straggly hairs on her ears that weren’t clipped. What really made me unhappy really was the unwelcoming feeling as I walked in.
