He didn't know the products or the inventory. It was really disappointing to see an employee who doesn't know their store, or maybe he just didn't want to help, I don't know. We did go to the Vet inside to get shots for my puppy and the experience was fantastic. The second trip to Petco was just as bad as the first and the inventory was ridiculously low for puppy products.
