Scary and disconcerting to think that my pups were unsanitary. No, just in communication with other infested dogs. So, easyfix and BAMM goodbye lice!! This is a very clean and efficient office with sanitized exam rooms. Baby and LambChop are welcome here.

Raider is very protective and not really nice to people he does not know. But these past 2 weeks he has been in pain so I had to get him seen. Island Pet Hospital did such an amazing job comforting Raider and making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! Dr Kara Garside was so informative and compassionate. Another concern was cost but with their deal for new customers it was not bad at all! Got my Raider some meds and he even let them trim his nails 🥰

We made it in person on Friday, one week in advanced (for the next friday) I was not told or given anything, and I received a confirmation email. I didn’t get a call until the following Thursday, the day before, just a few hours before the place closes. I missed the call because i was at work. It was telling me i needed to call them back to confirm the appointment. So i do so the next day when they open. By that time, they’ve already cancelled my appointment, despite the fact that they could have called me any time earlier, and instead of an apology I’m given excuses. I reschedule the appointment, and am told I need to make a downpayment in person, which no vet has ever asked before. Not to mention, when we made the appointment, why weren’t we asked to do it then, since it was in person? Finally we arrive to the new appointment. Despite having arrived within the 15 minute grace period, we were told the doctor chose to cancel our appointment and continue with the next guest. Thankfully, we chose to wait and were able to get in, but we were charged the late fee anyways. Finally, we were given an agreement notice to sign about making appointments…why is this not filled out when you make an appointment? Why were we not told all these important details until it was quite literally too late to actually need the information? This is the worse service ive ever had at any vet, and ive been to a few
