- DCDawn CunyApr 7, 20265.0Dr Palmer is AWESOME! After dealing with inconsistencies at the Lake Mead location, and misdiagnosis from Horizon Ridge AH, Dr Palmer took one look at my dog and had the same suspicions that I did. Biopsies confirmed our suspicions and now my dog is on a treatment plan. Dr Palmer is also very "in tune" to a dog's and client's needs. She performed a full exam in the exam room on my other dog as he is a retired MWD and has some sensitivities. Blood was drawn, vaccine given....all in my presence. I hope Dr Palmer stays at this Banfield as it seems that we could never get the same doctor at the Lake Mead location. She is worth the extra drive time! Also gotta give a shout out to the front staff... They are always so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted when arriving and they even remember my dogs' names. I always get a reminder call for our appointment and a follow up call post visit. Can't recommend this location enough! ~Mom of Floki, Koki and Saba

The Eastern location is the best I drive for the tbest customer service that you just don't get from the two that are closest to me. The front desk has inpecible customer service with a smile not some time every time. The doctors are very thorough about whats going on with your pet as if it was his own. They also do follow ups and calls you after procedures to see how your pet is doing love this office

Must more affordable than any other vet a lot of them charge over $1000 just for some teeth 🦷 this Banfiel offers monthly subscription will unlimited vet visits and cleaning you can’t beat this and they are a sweet nice very caring staff. The office reminds you of upcoming vaccines to get you scheduled. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming and help keep the animals calm and relaxed for their appointment.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
