  I’m so glad when I moved to Vegas from the east coast I was able to find such a caring vet team for my fur babies. We adore the doctor and medical team here especially Becky! Highly recommend this Vetco as a fur mom of 7 rescue pets.

  Okay here it goes! So I had an appointment elsewhere but it was a week away. My fur baby was not feeling good at all: I’m telling you she went from the most happiest to drained and just not wanting to move. I thought maybe she had the flu or something because she was just not herself. I decided to look around and get her in somewhere fast to get a checkup. I called all over and every one was booked. I called Vetco and the lady was like yes I have an appointment today. Perfect I thought. I explained to her what was going on she said no problem and said make sure you download a coupon for a first timer which waves the checkup fee. Then she says you’ll be responsible for the vaccine. I hung up after not thinking anything about it because I thought maybe that’s what she tells everyone. I get there and she checks us in quick. A younger lady came in to the room and I thought she was the doctor at first because she was listening to us and putting everything in to the laptop and she never really told us who she was but she started explaining all the things that should be done but again she seemed focused on shots. I thought it was routine because my dog was due for them. However she says I’ll be right back. I’m going to print stuff out and let the doctor look at these etc etc. okay it surely wasn’t a doctor. Dr finally comes out and we explain the problem and she says what she thinks needs done but obviously another day because they were closing. I agreed to the shots but then when I got home my dog was not feeling good and I felt like the purpose of us going wasn’t even addressed. What was the checkup for? Did ypu even look at her. They take them to the back and you can’t see anything! The young lady gave me a rabies tag but they said they gave her 3 shots which they charged me for but I never seen proof of the other shots and the young lady said they gave her a rabies shot only. I’m so confused! I went back in after I got to the car because I was concerned and wanted to ask a few more questions and they shut the lights off and were nowhere to be seen.I get home and I read Vetcos policy and it says they are not medical doctors they only do so many things, seek those services elsewhere and that Vetcos policy is not to give a animal shots while sick because it can disturb the immune system and stress them out which it has done to my dog. Looks like I am going to have to lawyer up because they have created an issue. This is so dumb! Why didn’t you just be upfront and honest you couldn’t take care of my dog. Now I have to go pay more fees elsewhere to get a checkup and so on. We will be seeing you soon for some answers.
