She is always excited to come here and loves Kari. She always comes out smelling and looking good. This is her after we got home from our most recent visit. I almost walked out at that very moment. When I came back and she brought my dogs out, she went back into the back room again and I heard her yelling stop it. Stop it to another dog. Also, at the checkout counter, she had no personality was not friendly at all very abrupt. Not very good customer service.I should have walked out the first time when I was there and I will never go back.

They were very friendly to Buster. Buster never been through anything like this cause I usually pay him. They told me he’d be done an hour and a half and I got the text message in an hour and a half girls upfront were very friendly, I will be returning
