She is always excited to come here and loves Kara. She always comes out smelling and looking good. This is her after we got home from our most recent visit. I almost walked out at that very moment. When I came back and she brought my dogs out, she went back into the back room again and I heard her yelling stop it. Stop it to another dog. Also, at the checkout counter, she had no personality was not friendly at all very abrupt. Not very good customer service.I should have walked out the first time when I was there and I will never go back.

I explained that she can’t go into a crate because she’ll get anxious, and they went out of their way to make it work — even rearranging things to accommodate her needs. To top it off, they gave my sweet Booface a cute little bandana, which she strutted around in with so much pride!
