- EAEvi Aki5 days ago1.0Ordered same-day delivery through Petco and was supposed to receive two bags. The bag I received literally said “Bag 1 of 2.” The second bag never showed up. I contacted the DoorDash driver right away — he apologized and confirmed the store only gave him one bag. I then called the store to fix it and was immediately told to “call DoorDash” and that it was out of their hands. When I explained I ordered through Petco (not DoorDash), the employee refused to help, wouldn’t even check, and hung up on me. Since then, the store has answered and either put me on hold, said nothing, or disconnected the call multiple times. That employee was extremely rude and dismissive and it’s unacceptable for a brand and store to treat its customers that way.

Once i got home and opened one of the products, it smelled awful and seemed stale, so I went in to exchange it. I never imagined they wouldn’t just do a straight exchange. It was explained to me, because I purchased on a deal, they were going to charge me the difference for original full price. I believe the cashier was the MOD and Im actually surprised at her lack of empathy and customer service. I work at a competitor and even WE do a straight exchange if it’s for the same exact product. I used to suggest this place for items we don’t carry, but unfortunately, I won’t be recommending or returning to this location.
