  Went in to buy my grandson a fish and the woman was beyond impossible. They sell feeder fish, a entire section of their tanks are shut down, and betas are housed in a small cup. That is normal, but this experience was not. The manager decided she needed to know more about my tank at home and if she thought I was a good fish owner!! Wth? She refused to sell me the fish because when she started her line of questioning about my home, I found it none of her business and I told her that. So she kicked me out of the store. I called home office to let them know. That woman was so weird about the fish I wouldn't recommend this Petco to anyone.

  Very clean. Owners appeared to be very responsible. Trees, benches to sit on. We will definitely make it a regular stop

  I almost never leave business reviews. An experience has to be particularly good or bad to move me to write one... Last week I went in to buy the rest of the stuff I needed for the baby Leachianus Gecko that I ordered (from elsewhere), when a lone Crested Gecko caught my eye. The last of a group of 4 and 25% off. I've wanted one for ages so I took her home, too. Danielle was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I must have been in there for 1.5 hours with her, talking reptiles and asking questions, and she was patient and fun to talk to... I've got lots of reptile experience, but I've never had such little/young babies that needed such small enclosures to start with before, so Danielle shared her experiences with Crested Geckos and just generally was a huge help... Kaylee was also a big help at checkout and was really nice. I genuinely enjoyed talking with them both, and had an all-around great experience. It's been a week and my little girl ("Persephone" because she's a fierce, yet delicate little tulip flower lol) is doing great. She's taking food off the tweezers and licking the meal replacement off a spoon, and last night I finally moved her from her "tree" and showed her the food bowl, and she finally ate from it. I absolutely love her! Thank you guys so much!!!
