They've been working on getting the fish tanks all stocked up again, so we are looking forward to that as we want to continue building out our aquarium at home. Good selection of pocket pets- enclosures are always clean, animals look healthy, staff seems to be caring. We love seeing their rotation and what they get in. Employees are always so good with my son and his interest in the animals.

We paid for additional brushing and nail buffing, but he wouldn't refund or give us a discount. Also over an hour later then when we were told she would be ready.

Just bc the general manager has a person beef with someone that is not a reason not allow them to get food for their animals. Let alone scream at customers in an extremely unprofessional way. Someone like this should not be allowed to work in this space. Or be allowed to hold a manager title. This gives a bad name to the company and their standards. Personal issues has no place in a workplace/ business.
