The store is well stocked & fine. Customer service OK, for most part. But, women’s bathroom floor is filthy, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a year. And a broken towel dispenser just lying in the counter. Someone has scrawled on the mirror in black marker “ if you make a mess, clean it up”. Management should practice what they preach. What has happened to business establishments that no one seems to care anymore? This would never have been a problem in the past. Lack of integrity & leadership.
