Always wonderful staff and service. Reasonably priced and are often able to get us in within a week when non-emergemcy needs arise. They also accommodate walk-ins for a fee, and their fee is lower than nearby vets.

I actually don't want to give them a bad review but I kinda have to bring something to their attention. I took my corgi there last week and she was seen by Dr. Vikki Saga. I knew my corgi had IVDD (disc injury). She was wobbling and unable to walk correctly. I payed $400 for xrays and the visit. She said she was fine but needed to lose weight. It appeared she didnt really care and told me i needed to pay at the front. I absolutely did not believed her since I've seen IVDD on my other corgi. I was displeased with her answer, so I went to east mountain veterinary and they saw she did have disc injury. I will not be taking my dogs with this Dr. again. Dr. Kaffe is absolutely wonderful.

I have taken my pups to the folks here since about 2008. I recently moved back to the area and couldn't ask for better veterinarians, front desk staff, techs, and clinic manager! I brought my 9 year old Border Collie (a Search and Rescue K9) as an emergency walk-in yesterday because she suddenly started feeling really poorly. The clinic was able to get her in and triaged right away. Dr. Caffey was thorough and took his time to explain his approach and recommendations and to answer the questions I had. We followed up today with Dr. Counts and the vet techs who took such good care of my girl. I'm very grateful to have these folks for such consistent and quality veterinary care!

Sadly will not take my pet back to Canyon Crossroads. Vet did not even finish my pets exam before they ushered me out of the room to pay my bill. I had questions to ask the vet and when I asked if the exam was normal and she's ok...and how my pets teeth looked she really didn't give a definite answer......"she's fine" Does that mean no plaque.... Front staff person who checked me in was friendly.
