Great experience at Wags. I was a little worried to take him in because of some reviews but they had groomed him prior to the pandemic. I have groomed him since then and not well!
My dog had some little mats but I asked that he just be trimmed up and not shaved. She really listened and did an excellent job. And my dog was done in an hour! She also took the time to talk with me about my dog’s anxiety. I haven’t been able to leave him much since his best friend died last November. She really helped me understand how he did when he was there.
Very reasonable too. Can’t recommend them enough. See the pics!

The owner seriously injured my dog. Second and last time going here. The first time, the owner left abrasion on the underbelly of my very sweet poodle but left it to me to discover at home. I have taken my dog to Petco for years, never an issue. Against my better judgement, I went back because Petco has shut its grooming operations and I was desperate. When the nasty lady/owner called and told me to pick up my dog, I asked "you didn't nick him this time, did you?" She hung up on me. She didn't nick him, she peeled his skin off like an orange rind.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: You don't know who I am? How many dogs did you maim last week? I know, it might be hard to keep them straight.

Ziggie, my dog lost 1/2 of his weight.I left dry dog food, and 4 cans sealed Winnie’s containers..With instructions that the Winnie’s were to be shopped an mixed with the dry food because my lapdog was picky.
Inside the dry food container I had left a package of that irresistible training/rewarding treats. The Winnie’s were outside the food container. They dint even try to feed him!
When I mentioned how thin he looked, the Manager
“well, he dint like your food ( the same he has been eating over a year)!, so all he had were those Winnies), you did say he was a picking eater..
If you care At All about your K-9!, keep it Away.!
