  Don’t understand why they can’t hire or keep groomers when they’re the one stop for everything. Over the last couple of years I have seen this is a neglected service they promote.

  They didn't have my dog food in the size I normally purchase so, I order online to be delivered. The bag we received was torn. Had to take back to store. Luckily they had one bag of food left.

  Took our new puppy there for shots, should’ve taken his somewhere else. The two clinic workers should get new jobs. We waited 30 minutes, which was no big deal, they had a couple with 5 dogs to see before us. After holding our puppy for that long he was getting hot and needed to pee and apparently waiting 2 minutes for us to walk back inside after already going past our appt time was a huge inconvenience to them. One clinic worker was busy flirting with the guy after us while asking my mom if I was coming back or not. Why would we wait 30 minutes to be seen just to leave right before, and leave my mom in the store?! They’re as kind and considerate as they are smart! Would love to find an office or clinic with better bed side manner to take our pup to for his next shots if anyone has any recommendations. We’d like to avoid coming back to see “ brains, beauty and bedside manner” 🙄 customer service goes a long way! The cashier was great though haha

  This is the second time in a few weeks thatI arrive at the store on a Friday, and the shelves were quite bare of Pate style cat food, especially the 2 brands my cat likes: the Petco brand: Whole hearted, Chicken and Tuna, Liver and Chicken, Salmon, Tuna and Ocean Fish, also the Wellness Chicken and Herring dinner, all in Pate. There were stacks of boxes ready to unload and stock the shelves. I was told these had arrived the day before and at 1:30pm when I was there, they had not even been opened yet. I could not find all that I planned to purchase that day, 10/17/2025. I will have to make a second trip next week and hope I find the items that were not there. Why can't you schedule the unpacking of shipments that arrive before you open for the day so they are available for purchase? I hope you can make this change so customers won't have to come multiple times to find what they are looking to purchase. Thank you for your attention
