They went out of their way to accommodate me as I used the store for a dog walk/training session, and the cashier who rang up my purchase actually ran out to my car afterward to deliver an item that hadn’t made it into the bag I carried out. I guess many years ago that would have been considered ordinary but these days I feel like it’s rare. It was nice to experience genuine care. Thank you!
