- PWPaige White1 day ago1.0For all the years coming to this petco location I hadn't had terrible service until today. 2 female employees seemed to care more about arguing in front of customers instead helping us. With kids around just trying to pick out fish. If you can't do your job or handle these animals, don't have the attitude with the customer. Simply you find another job that you can handle. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable, couldn't even finish getting what we wanted. Hopefully this place gets some more people friendly staff.

I love my reptiles I have about 8 different reptiles. I decided I wanted to add this a snake to my family of reptiles. I walk into this Petco and start looking, as I’m looking at the all the snakes they have I notice something small and black crawling all over one snake so I looked at my wife who was with me and said hey baby I think this snake has mites. So I started looking at all the other snakes and sure enough they all have mites. I told the worker there that all their snakes have mites and she said “man we have trouble with that all the time” so to me that tells me your not treating properly or doing anything to prevent, but she told me that they will take care of it. Next day I come back to see if anything was done and guess what nothing was done. I return a week later which is today cause I gave them a chance to treat everything before I post something about this store and to my surprise nothing. It spread to the next tanks and now other reptiles have mites. So now I’ll be purchasing my snake elsewhere.
