Prepare to wait on a 11-15 minute hold. Rude and unfriendly staff. I was told to call in the morning for a walk in appointment. No answer! Kept calling and finally what I thought was an answer the individual hung up! If this were an emergency situation I wouldn’t recommend working with them. What a disappointment this was.

I've struggled within myself whether to do this and finally decided that it was time.
Overall my encounter here was not a good one. Mainly because of the receptionist. My dog was bit by a rattlesnake. Unfortunately we were about 50 miles away. I made 2 calls to alert them that I was coming in and the reason. The 1st one when we were about 40 miles out and I told her that I would call about 2 miles out and to please have someone who could help me get her out of my truck, and the 2nd was to let them know I was close and would need someone outside to help me. When I pulled up there was no one there causing me to have to go inside. When I told the receptionist who I was and that I had an emergency, she just stared at me. When I reiterated that it was an emergency and I needed a vet or a tech RIGHT NOW, she handed me a clipboard and a piece of paper and wanted me to complete the form 1st. In front of a room with 4 other patients I got even louder and yelled that I had an emergency and I needed help immediatly, not after I finished the form. She finally got out of her chair walked over and pushed a button getting a tech up front about 3 seconds later. The tech helped helped me get her out of the truck and got her inside. After I got back inside I began to fill out the form and they called me back to the back. Both the tech and the vet did what they could but my beautiful friend did not make it. My anger has nothing to do with them, but the receptionist who didn't seem to know what she was doing or recognize a true emergency. This person has no business in a sensitive or critical environment where lives are on the line. To say that I was devastated by my loss is a gross understatement, but compound it more by someone's gross inefficiency, callousness, and lack of comprehension of their job environment made this heart breaking event even more devastating. As far as the medical staff they did everything that could be done, but there was nothing more that could have been done.
Note: If you go here with an urgent or emergency, you will need to somehow bypass the receptionist before the staff will know know that you are there.

We came in for Marky to be seen in urgent care (1 slot a day), typically an all day type of thing. We were there between 10:30am -2:30pm
He might’ve ate a grape and showed signs of diarrhea and vomiting, as well as, lethargy.
He got his diagnosis fairly quick and treatment was IV fluids and anti vomit med.
Payment due at time of service.
Cost: (with military discount $33.98 off)
Urgent care fee $116.60 +tax
Bloodwork (BUN, SDMA,CREA) $107.32 +tax
Urine test$41.75 +tax
Parvo Test $53.33 +tax
Fluid Therapy and injection $84.28 +tax
Medications and deworm $169.36 +tax
Total $493.36 (tax total was $37.86)
Marky’s test results were okay. He had a fever and was dehydrated but now my baby is feeling much better. Thanks to the Cedar Medical Team! We tried everywhere else and this was the only veterinary clinic available to us.
