They cancelled on me a few weeks ago because the groomer had an emergency (okay fine), and then my husband drives an hour away today to get my dog (shih tzu mix) groomed. They even asked yesterday for him to come in earlier, and we said okay fine. When he got there today they told him they couldn’t shave our shih tzu mix only take care of his shedding. What?!?! I’ve had my dog since 14 weeks old (he is now 10), and he has always been shaved. I’ve been to multiple different groomers, even a Petco in another state!! I am so frustrated. We leave out of town Tuesday to the South and now he won’t have his hair cut, because it takes weeks to get an appt around here.
