While looking around the small storefront I was asked 2 to 3 times if I needed help to which I replied I was just looking but was followed around anyway. I care about what my cat eats so I read labels but I didn’t have a moment of peace without being watched to even do that. Not all young people steal and I can’t stand be treated like that for wanting to actually browse. I’ll spend my money anywhere else.

The staff is beyond friendly and super knowledgeable. It's always a wonderful experience when we go in. Prices are better than big box stores for a much healthier product. Love this place!

My only issues were the superthin(microfiber) towels that they offered for drying your pet... and the provided shampoo was underpowered/underscented.. I "Lather-rinse-repeated" my dog .. and after using their dryer - he still had a strong body odor...

They have great choices for toys, supplies, and treats for cats and dogs. They also have products to purchase that go toward good cause or you can round up total to donate to local shelters. (If I remember correctly) They also have cubicles to wash your fur babies!!
