- ACA C4 days ago1.0I got my dog groomed today and just noticed that she has a cut on her leg from the grooming. I wasn't told about this as I am assuming she must have made a yelp when her skin was cut. If this mistake happens that is fine but I need to know about it when it happens to my dog in your care. I'm very upset about this. I trust you people with my dog to bathe her and cut her and if this was noticed at the time of her grooming I should have been told about it. I'm very hesitant of ever taking her back there again.

Not only do they have a wonderful diversity of supplies and pets, but their personnel is absolutely delightful, as well as very professional and well-versed in their animals and products. They truly, deeply care about the well-being of animals and it is always a delight being there. A big shout-out to Taylor, Selena, Trav, Luke, Mike, Belle, Alanna, Manta, Bonnie, and Maddie-they are truly the best!

On 1/31/26 drove to this store arrived by 7:30 pm and it was closed, now giving it another chance on 2/8/26 drive to this store again and arrived at 7:00 pm and they were closed AGAIN I proceeded to knock on the doors since I see 2 employees, one is mopping the floors and proceeds to ignore me and the other is behind the register on her phone and once she she’s me she runs and hides while laughing. These employees are unprofessional and incompetent. UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS SO YOU DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME!!!
