The store was great. However, I had my 25 pound mini Aussie with me and a large German shepherd lunged at my dog and the owner almost lost contr. The dog was aggressive.

Never write reviews but Ro at San Mateo location was so nice and helpful just now! She was so friendly even when she had to go out of her way for us and was super helpful -knowledgeable! We will be shopping at this location as it is so fresh getting a knowledgable, kind, and friendly sales associate at a pet shop .
