Later, I asked a man who was working there, and he told us there actually was a restroom we could use, and it didn’t even say “employees only.” So clearly, we were just lied to for no reason. Then we wanted to wash my puppy. The place was completely empty, with more than five open wash stations, yet they turned us away and said it was appointment only. There was absolutely no reason we couldn’t have used one of the open stations. It was just lazy and unhelpful service all around. We left feeling unwelcome and very disappointed, I would not recommend. The only reason we spent money there is because my puppy chewed on a treat they had, if it wasn’t for that we would never.spend money there again.
