Dr. Thereauf, Cid and Kim were all amazing ladies who treated Twila with absolute care. We paid off our yearly plan, got my baby dewormed, vaccinated and scheduled for her booster all within minutes! Shout-out to the best! (We went on the 26th of October but the survey website wasn't working then, sorry for the late review)

The vets are good, but there is one older woman that regularly works reception in the mornings that is genuinely the rudest person I've ever had to deal with at a vets office. She assumed I didn't check my dogs treats for xylitol, and has said many other very annoying, rude things over the months I've been taking my dog here. I'm shocked she is still employed here as she is the one dark spot on an otherwise decent place. My husband and I both dread her being on the counter because we know she will be insanely rude.

I have found the veterinarians and staff run a good hospital at Banfield that has been helpful for my pets. They maintain records and continue to update as my pets needs change. They love and respect my animals. Their prices are reasonable and they fill medication as needed unless it is one that requires compounding. I enjoy shopping the variety of snacks, foods, grooming, toys and other items due to the convenience between their relationship with Petsmart.

My dog was misdiagnosed by Banfield with degenerative mylopathy in 2018. He went on to live until 2023 with no signs of DM.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
