The store manager is amazing extremely friendly. The staffed helped me and I walked out not feeling like a number but family. That was probably the best experience I had at a Petco especially when it came to the engagement with my fur baby and the staff. I wanted to spend and I felt valued.

you have eliminated or have shortages on most of Chicken free cat food - so frustrating as now I will have to travel much further to buy this food - people is store say there is nothing they can do and ordering can not be changed at all?

I arrived for a pickup there was a customer line and a register for pickup only . The senior citizen working the register didn’t feel the need to tell me I needed to be on the regular customer line to retrieve my pick up order ( that defeated the whole purpose of ordering online for pickup). Even after he had a break in customers , I still didn’t get a simple “do you need any help ?” I found a lovely young lady working in the back who immediately came to the register and retrieved my items . He then looked and mentioned I should’ve gotten in line for pick up . No it’s time to retire and let the joyful workers take care of the customers.
