The senior citizen working the register didn’t feel the need to tell me I needed to be on the regular customer line to retrieve my pick up order ( that defeated the whole purpose of ordering online for pickup). Even after he had a break in customers , I still didn’t get a simple “do you need any help ?” I found a lovely young lady working in the back who immediately came to the register and retrieved my items . He then looked and mentioned I should’ve gotten in line for pick up . No it’s time to retire and let the joyful workers take care of the customers.

I know she don’t get paid enough to act like working at petco is top tier doing more than her pay grade. Some people take these jobs too serious.Feel bad for the workers

She took her time with him and made him into a handsome boy once again. Downside why it didn't get 5 stars- there was another employee who I have concerns about if you could reach out to me personally I'll explain.
