Every time I drop my dog off, she does not eat or drink water, and I’m never notified while she’s in your care. There is no phone call, no follow-up, and no communication afterward. As a pet parent, I expect to be informed if my dog is not eating or drinking, as that directly affects her health and well-being. Better communication and basic care updates are absolutely necessary. Dropped my PUPPY off at 7:30 AM / 7:45 AM picked her up at 5 PM. Just to find out she has not eaten ALL DAMN DAY!
- ALAshley L.Feb 5, 20261.0On Jan 23rd, I took my frenchie to the vet to treat her for an ear infection and her immunization shots and to be spayed and she’s a rescue we don’t know her history and we told the vet she has separation anxiety and can we stay with her? The vet said NO so I left her there and was driving half way home and I got a call from the vet to PICK UP THAT DOG right now and that dog didn’t have a name and that vet set will never been seen by no veterinarian ever. So the frenchie to another Banfield vet and she got full treatment and the vet loved her with no complaints. So what’s wrong the veterinarian in Watchung Banfield hospital? WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Don’t take your pets here if you care about your pets. 👎🏽

We took our puppy to Bridgewater where they were great. Wonderful staff and doctor. Explained everything!!!
- JHJack HaikenJan 13, 20261.0I had an appointment (scheduled online) for 3:30 pm. Apparently that’s durning the vets lunch time. They were not able to see my pet with an ear infection. Had me wait a half hour to speak with the vet just to be told we can schedule you for another day. I mentioned if that’s the case you couldnt tell me that instead of me waiting a half hour? The answer I received was well my lunch is my time…. I will be finding a new vet!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
