I'm driving to my appointment and minutes before it, they called to to cancel. I took a chance and brought my pet inside in a box because it took me 30 mins to get him into it. They are overwhelmed and it is a mess. This is how they will treat you. Good luck if you want to take your chances. But for your sanity, go somewhere else. I was going to buy a carry case, but since they are connected to PetSmart, I just don't even want to give them a cent. The worst place ever! - in response to the owner for more info - adding a picture where I'm holding my pet in the Home Depot box. Let me remind you that after 30 mins to get him inside the box an 30 mins driving and then waiting to speak to someone while keep getting told "we can reschedule, we can reschedule" is not a good start and no way I would go back. For all other customers- take your pet to Plainfield Animal Hospital nearby. You'll thank me later.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
