Everyone from reception to the caregivers to the grooming staff are excellent attentive and responsive. We had to board our dogs while one is in a cone and has an injured paw and I have gotten updates every day and have received immediate responses to any questions. In a word OUTSTANDING

He’s been coming here since he was a puppy, and now that he’s almost 2 years old, the love, care, and attention he receives has only continued to grow. What really sets this place apart is the peace of mind they give me. Not only do they offer daycare, but their lodging and grooming services are just as wonderful. Every time I leave my dog here, I know he’s in the best hands—safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. It never feels like I’m just dropping him off at a facility; it feels like I’m leaving him with family. They communicated & reassured me each day. At the end of her stay, I picked up a happy, well cared for little dog. I would never consider any other boarding facility for her!! When we picked her up, I think she wanted to stay and play some more! Their daycare was recommended to us by a friend, and we were very pleased with everything. We will definitely be back.
