This is normal since we are dealing with animals and people. Today I once again came to vaccinate my dogs and was 20 minutes late. When I arrived, I saw that there was not a single person and there was no queue to see the doctor. I went to the guy to register the dog and he told me that the doctor refused to vaccinate my dog because we were late. I was shocked. There are no people, there is no queue, and the doctor doesn’t want to. The doctor told me to make a new appointment. I've been waiting for this appointment for 2 weeks. This is a terrible way to treat people and their pets. I am very upset, I will never go to this clinic again and I will never recommend it to all my friends.
