- BFBrian Foster1 day ago1.0My wife scheduled a grooming appointment for our Yorkie, Chewy, at noon today. We’ve brought him here before and it has always taken about 45 minutes to an hour. My wife dropped him off just before noon and went into the mall while he was being groomed. After an hour, she called for an update and was told he was “actively being done now.” She continued to wait, assuming he would be finished shortly. When she went back at 2:15 — more than two hours after his scheduled appointment — she was told they were just getting ready to start him. Not only was his appointment ignored for over two hours, but the staff gave completely conflicting information and were rude when questioned. Our pets are like our children, and this level of disregard and dishonesty is unacceptable. We will not be returning, and we will be sharing this experience with family and friends..
