  Every single time I take my pet for grooming here I constantly always pay for the extra package and to my knowledge I always leave unsatisfied I even paid for them to buff. The nails, and my dog’s nails were not buffed at all on top of that. Her anal glands were definitely not expressed because the next day it smelled like fish so I had to do it myself and then everything‘s been fine ever since then it feels like a waste of money cause it’s all the time that I go through this what’s the point of having the extra special packages if they’re not gonna buff the nails Or express the glands. When I pay for it her ears didn’t even smell clean they put bows on my dog everyone was super friendly but overall I’d rather wash my dog at home .

  Outstanding service, I actually gave double the tip because our dog who is very skittish just loves to be there!

  Did not do gland expression well as should have been done based on price that includes it. Gave excuses, not experienced in gland expression.

  Kim is just terrific with Cody Cant ask for a more compassionate and friendly Person to be taking care of Cody she does a great job as well as being efficient so cody doesn’t have to be there longer than necessary and always come back smelling like a rose Very happy with her care

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Petco location. I dropped my dog off for grooming at 1 PM and was told he will be ready in 3 hours. I decided to go back at 4:30 PM because I didn’t receive a call. When I came back, I could hear my dog barking from the back, and only then was I told they were double-booked and hadn’t even finished with him. No one bothered to call or communicate this at any point. To make matters worse, they told me my dog had pooped in a kennel — something he has never done before. That tells me he was sitting in there for far too long without attention. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication or the long wait, they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me. Considering the stress they put my dog through, that was the absolute least they could do. I won’t be bringing my dog back here, and I definitely can’t recommend this location to anyone who cares about their pet’s well-being. The groomers name was Yan.
