I decided to go back at 4:30 PM because I didn’t receive a call. When I came back, I could hear my dog barking from the back, and only then was I told they were double-booked and hadn’t even finished with him. No one bothered to call or communicate this at any point. To make matters worse, they told me my dog had pooped in a kennel — something he has never done before. That tells me he was sitting in there for far too long without attention. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication or the long wait, they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me. Considering the stress they put my dog through, that was the absolute least they could do. I won’t be bringing my dog back here, and I definitely can’t recommend this location to anyone who cares about their pet’s well-being. The groomers name was Yan.

Because the groomer has three dogs scheduled ahead of me, it would be late. I informed them that I would arrive before 10, but they insisted that I wait for my turn and be by 9:45 in order to check in the dog. If I have to wait for my turn, I don't see the purpose of scheduling an appointment.

Cuando llegue a buscar a mi perra, yo tenía razón me dijeron que se iba a tomar mucho tiempo con la perra y que era sábado por la tarde y entonces porque dan citas para la tarde y porque no me dijeron cuando la lleve, una total pérdida de tiempo con todas estas estilistas mujeres de perros que no quisieron hacer un trabajo. En fin la llevaré a otro petco el de siempre en New York
