Because the groomer has three dogs scheduled ahead of me, it would be late. I informed them that I would arrive before 10, but they insisted that I wait for my turn and be by 9:45 in order to check in the dog. If I have to wait for my turn, I don't see the purpose of scheduling an appointment.

She reviewed the information I provided about my timid, 10-year-old pit bull. Kimberly came down to Peppa's level for a greeting, and my very scared dog fell in love and followed her right away with no problems. My dog even let Kimberly use the dryer, which is huge! I will definitely be using Kimberly again.
