After 2 calls to customer service they agree to refund and reship. Refund never appears on my account. Call again, same outcome. 4 months later I open the correctly shipped box and it’s the wrong food. Bring it to Union store and they refuse to exchange for the correct food. Never received the wrong food before so didn’t realize I had to check it. Lesson learned. Also learned never to buy from Petco again.
