Long wait dropping off and picking up with no apologies or even an “I’ll be right with you.” The receptionist needs to work on customer service and professionalism—her priorities were clearly amiss, as she focused on personal opinions and comparing her parenting style instead of acknowledging the wait or doing her job. I came for my pet’s care, not irrelevant commentary. Professionalism clearly needs work.

We went out at about 2:45 and asked the woman at the front desk how much longer it was going to be, as we had somewhere to be at 3:30. The woman gave us the biggest attitude and did not tell us when we would be seen. We ended up missing our 3:30 appointment, as they ran far too late. I understand running late, but not being seen for over an hour after our appointment time with no communication and a rude attitude is ridiculous.
- LSLinnet SolanoDec 13, 20255.0I want to thank Dr Kim for helping my cat feels better I called Friday morning i explained my concern because my cat was almost 2 days throwing up and I didn’t know why and was very worried they took me in the same day early morning I went right in and Dr Kim came in right away I had to leave her there so they can do the proper exams because my cat needed to be sedated she gave an injection to stop vomiting and did blood work as well everything went back normal she Dr Kim was super nice explained everything that it might be the food all I have to say today my cat Nala is feeling so much better she is back to normal she is eating and she holding in the food very well all I can say is thank you so much Dr Kim

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
