Morgan (VA), Ruby and Dr. Tuttman are professional, caring, and patient. They showed love to my kitten and shared a lot of information. Dr. Tuttman went above and beyond by teaching me how to cut Amara's nails, provided clear instructions on her medicine, and answered all my questions. I also received a summary email after the visit. Dr. Tuttman is knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding and delivers even when she is busy and overwhelmed. I had great experiences with this location. Thank you! Cons: The package prices that cover more than 1 visit could be better. Petco should have better rates to benefit people who have more than one animal.
