- DDDeniseJan 21, 20265.0I had my puppies trained by Eve, she was incredible with them. She is very intuitive and gentle with them.She was able to give one of my pups Flynt some extra training as he has problems with trust and is quite shy around new people. She helped him with his issues and i find it easier to take him out now. My boy Shelby is more energetic and outgoing and she helped him stay calm! Thank you again Eve my puppies and i are so grateful for your knowledge and expertise!

- MGMaria Michelle GJun 6, 20245.0Dog trainer, Eve, is not only an amazing professional, but also a wonderful and caring person. She listens to the issues, explains 'dog-think', and works to understand the dog's behavioral needs as well as owner expectations. I find that her goal is to 'maximize the harmony and minimize the chaos' between the 4-legged and 2-legged family members. We were seriously contemplating returning our puppy to the rescue, and it was killing us.... Eve tuned into this and was able to quickly show us Theo's potential - he's really smart, ready to learn, eager to please and very sweet. Puppies take time, patience and are a work-in-progress, but with Eve's guidance and direction, it is so rewarding. She knows how to teach a dog and, more importantly, instruct its owner. She is the best.
- PPPraveenJul 4, 20225.0We had a wonderful training session for our pet dog Toby and all the credit goes to Eve. Without her guidance and expertise we could have not trained our Toby so fast. He recognizes her so well and gets too excited the moment we tell him that we are going to Eve's place for training. Eve was there guiding us even before we adopted Toby when we first visited Petco. She not only helped in shopping the essentials but also guided how to care and handle Toby for Day 1. Whether it be the supplies, vet and emergency care, potty training tips, buying treats, establishing a structure and routine for puppies, raising tips, she was an angel guiding us at every step and I can definitely say that Petco has a wonderful employee and blessed to have people like Eve. Not only this, she proved to be an awesome teacher / trainer. Every class was a unique experience and the ease with which she trained Toby was amazing. She handled with atmost patience, never rushed and gave enough time for Toby to adopt with training. We loved the way she guided us (entire family), in avoiding making mistakes and in enforcing positive training. Her suggestions during each week of training whether it be in buying training treats, choosing the right harness, choosing the borrdom toys or in training Toby at home was excellent and we highly recommend to train your pet at Petco and hire her as the trainer. Although the training cost was bit high but it was worth the service, especially with employees like Eve Ivelisse (Totowa, NJ), who make it an awesome experience. Her love and passion towards pets is amazing. Thanks to Petco as well who make it possible.
