Every Petco I have visited treats the mice poorly. Your policy is not to sell these pets as food and I have been asked at the register if they are food or a pet to sell me accessaries. It is disgusting and inhumane that you keep them in such poor conditions since it gives people a very unhealthy pet. You can not give them a nice habitat. I have seen the same type of problem in all the stores. This one has a wheel under a plastic house so neither can be used. The wheels are always flipped over in every store. You must train your employees the same way everywhere. All the otherhabitats are kept nice. Your company has a serious problem with the way you treat an animal.

Brought new fish tank from there out box and they’re Selling bad fish tanks with led lights that don’t work for them brought it back and manager said not my problem order what u need from Amazon horrible customer service and horrible way to run business def don’t recommend anyone spend any money there TOTOWA location to be exact

DO NOT use their Vetco services, which are located inside this store. They incorrectly filled out paperwork regarding vaccinations, openly admit it, but refuse to correct it. Petco tells us to contact Vetco, Vetco tells us to contact Petco. After weeks of being redirected, they say there’s nothing they can do about it. To clarify, they put the wrong expiration date on the form, we have proof of prior vaccinations, etc. They acknowledge their error, but refuse to fix. Which now is preventing us from getting our dog’s license renewed, which unresolved will likely result in fines. Horrendous customer service, zero ownership, go to a REAL VET. This place is a joke.
