- NBNicole BergmanDec 16, 20231.0If I could give zero stars I would as the associate Chris in the vetco area was extremely rude to the point I left so upset I was shaking when I left. the employee stated I didn’t have an appointment and that he was on lunch even though I proceeded to show him I was checked in on my phone. His reply was simply, oh well we are on lunch it doesn’t matter. not sure how after waiting for a half hour for my SCHEDULED appointment they could ignore and do as they please. he continued to be rude not look at me and refused to even help in rescheduling or getting me anyone else to speak to. he was not wearing a name tag and started to refuse to give me his name as well. I will NEVER take my pups. here again as I refuse to let someone be rude to me I can only imagine how he would be to my pup. ABSURD!
