    Staff was nice and helpful. Due to displays entrance/exit in the store was a little tight. Only wide enough for one customer at a time.

    Showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment as requested. Took me 30 minutes to check in because the vet kept pulling the lady checking everyone in away so that the vet could complain between appointments how she’s behind and hasn’t gone to lunch yet. My dog needed multiple shots so the vet was skipping me and doing the fast and easy appointments. 4 people whose appointments were after mine went in before me. At that point, after waiting an hour on an incompetent vet, I left without ever seeing the vet. Positive is if you only need a rabies shot you don’t really need an appointment since they will just have you jump the line. Terrible experience. Vet was very unprofessional and all she did was complain after EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Not a vet I’d recommend. They are just lucky you can’t rate them zero or negative stars.

    Posted a pic of what a papillon is supposed to look like and a pic of my Sad Trixie after her experience at Petco. Yes,hair will grow back but these young girls are not trained to groom. Very poor customer service. 2.5 hours for my very skittish girl to be done and was plopped in her carrier before I could even give her a once over. I was picking hair clippings off her. Brianna just laughed and said "oh you should see me when I leave here" she also stated "oh she just stood there,no problem". No my Trixie didn't just stand there, she was frozen in fear. Please Petco Do better, you groomers need compassion.
