I’m really disappointed with my puppy’s grooming experience here. The girl in the front was not warm or welcoming at all. Never smiled once, and had a very standoffish attitude that made it seem like she was annoyed to help customers. I explained this was my puppy’s first groom and I’m not experienced with small long haired dogs. I made it clear that I’m new to this and plan to bring him regularly so he can get used to the process. When she asked what cut I wanted, I told her I wasn’t really sure but mentioned that I looked up styles online and liked the teddy bear cut. She responded in a rude and annoyed tone saying that every groomer does a teddy bear cut differently and that there are multiple versions of it. I had just explained that I’m new to this and was looking for guidance. The overall tone made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking questions. Honestly, it made me nervous about leaving my puppy with her. When I picked him up, she told me that I need to bring him regularly or he will become aggressive. This was frustrating because I already told her that I plan to bring him regularly. The lack of friendliness, patience, and professionalism made this a very uncomfortable experience. As a first time small dog owner trying to learn about grooming, I expected guidance not attitude. I even left a tip, which I now regret.

Every single time I take my pet for grooming here I constantly always pay for the extra package and to my knowledge I always leave unsatisfied I even paid for them to buff. The nails, and my dog’s nails were not buffed at all on top of that. Her anal glands were definitely not expressed because the next day it smelled like fish so I had to do it myself and then everything‘s been fine ever since then it feels like a waste of money cause it’s all the time that I go through this what’s the point of having the extra special packages if they’re not gonna buff the nails Or express the glands

⭐ 1 Star Review I brought my 4-month-old puppy in for her very first grooming experience, expecting gentle care and professionalism. Instead, the groomer nicked her hind leg nail, causing enough injury that they stopped the grooming entirely. My puppy was returned to me with a head cone, a heavily bandaged leg, and half her body shaved, with no grooming completed. What has been most upsetting is that we were later advised that surgery may be needed on the injured nail. This has turned what should have been a happy milestone into a painful, stressful experience for our entire family. My 6-year-old daughter went home crying after seeing our puppy hurt, and we now have to adjust to caring for a young puppy in a cone and bandage. We also had upcoming travel and a professional photo shoot planned with our puppy, which has now been ruined due to this injury. Accidents can happen, but this level of injury during a routine nail trim on a puppy is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care and the emotional and logistical impact this has had on our family. I hope this review encourages better training, safety, and transparency so no other family has to go through this

Second time I’m not satisfied with my dog’s grooming service. This time the ears weren’t cleaned. Also her paws aren’t moisturized. It’s supposed that the full package covers all of this.
