- NNNingApr 4, 20211.0This is the first time I took my dog to petco for grooming. I thought it would be good but not at all. I’ve taken my dog to puppy training session at Petco and it was great. The trainer was very nice and patient. I suppose the grooming service would be the same quality, so I gave it a try. However, it didn’t go well..the groomer refused to cut my dog hair..he was saying that Frenchie is a short hair dog and it’s not good for him..but it was never a problem for groomers in other stores..and also he was definitely not paying attention on grooming because when I picked up my dog he still smelled bad..! His face was still dirty especially around his nose. Face is the most important cleaning area for dog like Frenchie which has deep wrinkles.. Not going back for sure.
