  They don’t even deserve 1 star. This store and majority of the people who work here, especially in grooming, are a joke. They refused to groom my dog because of aggression, mind you, the ignorant employee went up to my dog and instantly started grabbing at her feet. That shows that the employees have no experience in grooming. My 13 pound shih tzu has been going to a groomer since she was 12 weeks old, and never have I dealt with such stupidity. Every time I’ve taken her to a new groomer, they first make sure to establish trust with the dog, never have they just start pulling and tugging at the dogs feet. What do you expect to happen? How would you like it if you went in for a haircut and your hair dresser instantly starts pulling on your ears and messing with your face? You’d be bothered right????? So make it make sense!!!!! Also this store refuses to price match. According to the guy who works the register, he said his manager doesn’t allow it and that they only price match with petco….like what?!? Then what’s the point of price matching if you’re only matching with your own company!!!! Again, make it make sense. If you own reptiles, do not buy your feeders here! It will make your animal sick like it did mine! The mice they sell are rotten and are covered in frost bite! They are also covered in feces! Everything in this store is overpriced as well, do yourself a favor and purchase your pet needs somewhere else. Stop supporting these big chain pet stores. They need to be shut down, between the price gouging and inadequate living spaces for the live animals in the store. It’s truly disgusting that a place like this is still up and running.

  Hi everyone !! I had a grooming appt scheduled for 3pm - I literally arrived at 3:05pm. Front desk Izzy went to speak to the groomer and then Izzy comes back to say the groomer (crystal) refused to groom my dog because I was 5 mins late. I was informed that the groomer needed a hour to groom my dog and that because I was late for 5 mins , she couldn't take my dog. Guys again 5 mins late. Not only am I injured from an accident a week ago , still managed to bring my dog in . No empathy for customers at all !! I'll tell you what ? What seems to me is that it is a saturday and she didn't want to stay until 4pm because I'm sure my dog would had been her last dog to groom . Before I walked out without saying a word , I asked for the groomers name and Izzy front desk asked me if I wanted an appt on Sunday . I said no thanks , not after driving miles to get there and get turned down . Izzy really tried to get me to bring my dog back the next day but I'm sorry I was too appalled of how that groomer treated our booking . I will now be taking my business elsewhere . Things happen for a reason so I left it as it is.
