    The worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Specifically, Lisa, the receptionist (which she made clear, she was only the reception) She herself told me that she couldn’t schedule an appointment because she didn’t know if they were doctors gonna be available so I called back to schedule appointment. And now I am being told that I have to do the vaccines over again. It is insane that they cannot schedule an Appointment on time. They need to work on their professionalism, because I should not have been dismissed like that. Please do better and hire people that actually care about their jobs and animals. Please work on your professionalism.

    ⭐ Absolutely unacceptable, negligent, and incompetent service This was one of the worst and most stressful experiences I have ever had with a veterinary service. I paid $600 USD to VETCO for international travel documentation for my pet, and due to their gross negligence and incompetence, they failed to provide the mandatory re-entry document for the United States. When I contacted them to fix THEIR mistake, Dr. Rodríguez, who claims to be certified, did not even know what the re-entry certificate was or how to complete it. Because of his lack of knowledge, we were forced to spend THREE FULL DAYS at ICA (Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario) waiting for paperwork that should have taken less than 20 minutes. Despite repeatedly explaining that we were about to miss our return flight, VETCO showed zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. We were constantly told that Dr. Rodríguez was busy, while we were stranded at the airport, losing valuable time and money. As a direct result of their failure, we: • Lost half of our vacation • Risked missing our flight back home • Spent hundreds of dollars on taxis and airport food • Experienced extreme stress, anxiety, and emotional distress The issue was only resolved ONE DAY before our flight, after days of chaos that were entirely preventable. This was careless, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable, especially for a service that charges premium prices for something they clearly do not know how to handle. If you are traveling internationally with your pet, DO NOT TRUST VETCO. Their lack of knowledge and accountability can ruin your trip, cost you money, and put you in serious trouble with international authorities.

    Took my bulldog sassy a couple weeks ago to get groomed. When I picked her up she was limping And had a red spot on her stomach. The manager says they looked at all the videos and nothing happened when i've been taking my dog there for over two years to get guomed. I never heard about cutting a bulldog's hair. I've got a bunch of spots, missy. Instead of the manager helping all they wanna do is talk over you How can you talk to somebody like that. Very unprofessional!!! then they tell you, they're going to give you a refund,

    I just took my dog for grooming and this is what I get… on top of that they took 4 hours and half to bath and cut his hair… this is unacceptable and they make u pay extra for it because it was some of ir tangled but it was not doe that type of service at all!! Never going back to that store… I would have done at home way better that that….
