We were there yesterday as I usually request to see Dr. Alex and as usual she and the vet tech were amazing with my senior girl. Ear cleaning, nail cutting, caddy injection and exam all done in my presence as to help alleviate her anxiety. We have seen all vets on staff and all are great.

Every time we come everyone is so kind and accommodating. Appointments are easy to make and phone calls are always answered or returned promptly. Going to the vet with your loved pet can sometimes be distressing but they always make me feel at ease.

These two have never once shown impatience with his anxiety during visits. Dr. Boyce and Alexis are always willing to help, and they genuinely care about my dog’s well-being — and it does not go unnoticed. Everyone at Plainfield Animal Hospital is amazing, especially the front desk ladies, but Dr. Boyce and Alexis are truly my lifeline. For example, Saige constantly struggles with stomach issues, and recently he had an abrupt stomach upset. I was supposed to call and schedule an in-person appointment, but I convinced myself to just let it pass. Today, Alexis called me on her own, genuinely wanting to know how he was doing. That level of care is rare. I love this team. I don’t know where Saige and I would be without them. I highly recommend Plainfield Animal Hospital to any pet parent who is as dedicated as I am — because this hospital reciprocates that same level of care.
