    The food container I wanted to buy had missing parts. I asked a young lady for assistance. She went in the back and found the parts I needed. She was very helpful and I appreciated her help.

    I've been shopping at this store for many years. This was the first time that I've had an issue. Petco does not make it clear that it's necessary to use the app, in order to choose curbside pickup. In all the years that I've been ordering from the website, I've never had an issue and not one employee had EVER told me that I had to use the app to choose curbside. Recently, the employee that came outside when I called the store to pick up my order was EXTREMELY disgruntled. She had an an inappropriate attitude and was visibly angry and scolded me for not choosing curbside pickup when I ordered. At no point, did she bother to inform me that this could ONLY be done through the app. I don't think the employees are even aware of this, themselves, and, instead, think that the customers are making their jobs difficult by not following the rules. This is an unprofessional assumption. On top of that, the employee was very careless, banging the bag against my car, then slamming my car door. She was a relatively young employee but that's no excuse Petco is clearly hiring people who are too emotionally immature to handle interactions with customers. I'm going to report this to corporate, although I suspect it won't really matter. Furthermore, the store is frequently out of items, that show as "in stock" on the website. It's not until hours later, that I receive an email informing me that the items were canceled. I'm also concerned about the condition of the animals in this store. I wish petco would stop selling live animals. The employees are not well-trained enough as caretakers and they don't have the time to do so properly.

    they need to express their pet medication and vaccination policies before people travel for appointments that they cancel without regard for the customer.staff in general require customer service training for all notably Morgan in grooming .
