He asked me if my dogs went to that hospital I said no they did not. He said the hospital’s policy is not offer recommendations unless the pet is a patient. Guess their mission statement: "Make a Better World for Pets," which they define as defining the future of pet health and wellness,… doesn’t extend to all pets!

I was being sent out with no vaccine tag or any list of medications.AlI I received was a breakdown of his vaccines. The doctor informed me she will give me a written breakdown and a list with medicated shampoo needed. Vet tech said doctor spoke with me over the phone. Which is true but not of satisfaction. I had to ask for list of shampoo and medicines and vaccine tag. This appt was booked for the very reason of being able to speak with doctor and pay for fee. Also the facility is dirty no hand sanitizer. I thought dog will leave sick. Look at you odd when paying with cash. This place needs to be managed differently. This visit has us not wanting to return ever.
