    I felt discriminated against by Dr. Ryan Van Vliet. He did not introduce himself today during the visit and spent less than 2 minutes in the room with my dog. He questioned me about the age of my dog as if she was younger than how old I said she was. He administered the vaccine then she was handed off to me butt first by the assistant and I was told to go pay. I was in disbelief! I would like to compensated for being discriminated against Also I would like to mention I was very specific about my dog receiving her 1st vaccine today and exam but the young lady I assume was the receptionist tried to charge me $200+ for a vaccine package and reschedule me to come back in a week. (Paying $200+ vs $54.39 is a huge difference)

    The dr that took care of us during our visit was very rude not even let me be in there with my dog, didn't do a proper examination of my dog, don't got her name but i was actually surprised of how unprofessional she was.

    I was very impressed with the professionalism and patience of the gentleman taking my information before the appointment. I had neglected to bring the proper paperwork showing previous vaccinations, and he patiently explained what I needed. He also informed me that there were appointments later in the day so I could reschedule. I did as he explained, and the rescheduled appointment went smoothly.
