- MOModupe OdusoteNov 15, 20251.0I have been taking my dog to this location since she was a puppy and now for three and half years, for grooming and all my pet needs. I had the best groomer, Faith, for more than three years with no complaints but unfortunately it seems the location’s grooming department is suffering high turnover and does not have good groomers anymore. I had a trial with the new ‘grooming manager’ Danasia’ who made the consultation incredibly complicated, ultimately left my dog looking weird due to misalignment in what I wanted vs what she was explaining to me. She made mistakes which I appreciated her owning up to. However, when I said we might not be a fit, she rudely told me to go elsewhere. So there, Petco just lost a loyal customer due to a rude, average-experienced, unprofessional individual.
